In Rastafari Livity Ian’I reverse the route, we come out of Egypt

We begin this Sabbath knowing that another strong (week) has passed and it is time to honor the Creator within and around us. It is the day of rest from the worries, of separation from the bondage of stress, of fasting from conflict and uncertainty ... during this Sabbath we commit ourselves so that all our lives may become like  a continuous Sabbath of spiritual grace.

It is a practice.

It is an exercise.

Nothing happens and last forever in the world of men, the bad things go away and time heals wounds. But also the beautiful things, if not cultivated and cared for, could lose their beauty, like a flower that loses its fragrance  after its blooming time.

This is one of the main causes of human pain.
The fear of losing the good things that you have. But what is fear and insecurity for man, the Rastafari Livity is able to transform into growth opportunity towards safety and stability.
That's why the Lord, who is the God of life, the God of good and victory, gave us the Sabbath. Because this day stimulate us to exercise ourselves in cultivating. Cultivating what?

Ourselves.
Or to put it in better words: cultivate the divine presence within each of us.
That  part that dwells in every human being and that is potentially divine and enlightened but that only few people decide or feel to cultivate in order to let it grow.
It is the seed that was  never planted but always existed in the soil of our person, it is the life before we had life, the name before we had name, it is our breath before we learned to breathe, our story we were living already before entering this world , our home before we walked in the mortal’s lands, our 'I' before being generated by the joy of our mothers, the Everliving I, Haile Selassie I !!!
Through the cultivation of our "I", which is the divine core that exists within us and that is the source of all vital sparks that the body expresses, Ian’I can reverse the cycle of pain and uncertainty that affects some aspects of our lives.
By taking care of the fire that burns within our temple, we ensure that our "I" heals all afflictions that disturb us, making us free to build the reality around us according to the divine parameters of peace, serenity, justice, awareness and balance but above all unconditional and invincible love.
Indeed the "I" also has the ability to heal.
For decades now Ian’I The Rastafari, have been proclaiming that the cure of our illnesses and afflictions  is within us, science is now finally after a long time also coming to the same conclusion. It is clear now that by cultivating our spirituality, by exercising to stay in our "I" through deliberate actions and a divine state of mind, we offer our body the ability to maintain health and mental well-being.

Here it is that the Sabbath offers us the opportunity to reverse the course of happenings, getting out of the bondage of Egypt of our habits that we do not like and starting to trod towards the Promised Land where our I walks and lives in communion with the I of the Supreme Creator and we consequently step from "I" to the condition of "Ian I".
Let us return to our original state of mankind so wrapped by grace that provoked envy and jelousy even amongst the angels of Heaven.
It is not an abstract journey far from reality but rather just the opposite, it is the path that leads us to see how this reality is already so divine and full of grace, but unfortunately, because of our wrong perceptions and our inclination to follow wrong emotions, we fall into a false and distorted reality.
That's why the Livity Rastafari is the way towards the total liberation.
For if because of our same conduct we contaminate reality, making it difficult and sometimes painful, then only through our conduct we could clean it and elevate it to a state that is more free, more dignified and above all happy.
Rastafari Livity is the natural man’s conduct and behavior, this man is by nature divine, healthy and complete.
Rastafari Livity is the possibility offered by the Creator to those that want to go home, that desire to leave the land of exile and imprisonment that is our incompleteness and slavery, we often are in fact enslaved by ourselves first and only after by the system.

Ian’I overstand then why in this Sabbath Day Ian’I can only give thanks for the presence of Haile Selassie The First because through His model and example He offered Ian'I a chance for redemption from the anxieties of our old man showing us the way to the new man .

Haile Selassie The First is indeed the perfect mold on Which this humanity must model herself. Ian’I can not contain the joy that brings the awareness that He has touched this earth!
The Creator through Whom everything was created has returned as Archetype of the Natural Man that at every moment defeats evil stretching out the red carpet of goodness and mercy .. at all times and in all places!
It is the perfect manifestation that God could take to actually redeem mankind leading her to safety.
This is because Haile Selassie First in every moment of His earthly manifestation, showed divine power without compromise and without distortion. He did not come as an ascetic teacher who is detached from the world to only deal with spiritual affairs ... no objection to this way of life and utmost respect to those who follow this path, but the Creator is capable of more: He came into the world, dealing with countless delicate and complex matters , political, economic, even military affairs and deled with all of them with the Divine Power that is in perfect unity of mind, body and spirit according to the way of Christ, making all aspects of human life saints and blessed.
Here is the great joy, here is the great enlightenment that mankind was waiting for.
The Messiah that could remain holy also dealing with earthly matters without losing balance but rather sanctifying what the human being corrupted and made cause of decadence (think about money, war, politics etc. etc.).
Is this not the ultimate and definitive proof that it is possible in this world, here and now, to live the Kingdom of God?
